Technological process - An Khánh Danpla

Mixer

+ Used to mix ingredients. Even wedge is an important factor for stable plate quality.
+ One batch of mixing may take 5-15 minutes depending on volume, quality ingredients and input materials.
+ After mixing, the materials are pumped into the tank and then introduced into the process by a screw.

Sheet Extruder

+ Raw materials through the machine are heated and melted, combining the thrust of the screw with the factors of pressure, gas, and pull speed to produce PP Sheets.
+ Panels are cut on the machine to the required size.
+ Output at An Khanh reaches ~ 10 tons/day, able to meet the requirements for best and fastest output.
+ An Khanh Plate Machine uses new technologies to help increase productivity and ensure uniform quality.

Shaping machine

+ Also known as die cutting machine.
+ Output at An Khanh can reach 20-30,000 beats/day, equivalent to > 20-30,000 products/day.
+ 100% of die molds are laser cut and automatically bent, ensuring very high accuracy in shape and size.
+ Product quality is guaranteed and consistent

Complete processing machine

Machines included:
+ Sheet slitting and trimming machine: dividing plastic sheet sizes.
Divide into correct size according to customer requirements.
Output can be up to ~ 10,000 standard size panels/day.
+ Rivet riveting: joining crates and walls.
Joints are solid.
Nails are galvanized.
Output can be up to ~ 70,000 joints/day.
+ Staple machine: barrel assembly.
Joints are solid
Can be single or double stapled.
Output can be up to ~ 30,000 joints/day.
+ Heat welding machine: joining boxes and walls.
Joints are solid
Output can be up to ~ 10,000 joints/day.
In addition, An Khanh also uses glue machines, printers,… to serve all requests from customers.

Origin Of Raw Materials

Recognizing the important role of input materials, An Khanh chooses a reputable supplier with the LOTTE brand.

Virgin plastic resins are imported by An Khanh through official channels, transported directly from the port to the production factory in Cau Giat – Duy Tien – Ha Nam.
An Khanh’s products are guaranteed to originate from virgin plastic, not mixed with scrap plastic of unknown origin.
Our Danpla panels are manufactured entirely from PP plastic with the following characteristics:
+ Environmentally friendly.
+ PP plastic has high mechanical strength, is quite hard and not as flexible as PE plastic, and does not stretch.
+ The plastic has a transparent color and a glossy surface for high and clear printing.
+ Colorless, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic.
+ Withstands temperatures higher than 100 degrees Celsius. Has better heat resistance than PE and also has very good electrical and chemical properties.
+ High melting temperature (160 degrees C-180 degrees C), if there is no external force, it can maintain a 3-dimensional state at a temperature of 150 degrees C.
+ Is waterproof against water vapor, grease and gases.
+ Has a crystallinity of about 70%, colorless and semi-transparent.
+ Elastic modulus 1.5–2 GPa
+ Shrinkage coefficient: 1-3%
